Hi, please let me know if you get any more information. I am also in similar situation ircc has sent the passport submition request but vac offices are closed. I am not sure how to grt the prtd in this case.
 
Hi, How long CIC taking to process and approve the email PRTD application?

I sent last week and still no reply
