Hi, I am currently in the Philippines and I wanted to apply for PRTD so that I can enter Canada when I go back. However, Philippines does not support paper based application and IRCC directs me to my PR portal. When I go to my PR Portal, I can't click or go through the PRTD application. Could anyone help me or give insights about this? Thank you!

That may be a very tight timeline. Some have had success applying before they leave Canada? Why do you not have a PR card? If you are waiting for it to arrive someone could courier it to you in the Philippines.

I applied for a pr card renewal on may 17 and ircc said that they have mailed my card on august 1 but until now i have not recieved it. it has been more than 7 weeks since it was mailed and i doubt my pr card will arrive. I was planning on submitting my prtd under urgent processing
