Proxy marriage

Hi I need help please I’m permanent resident in Canada and my wife lives in Tunisia.
After we get married by proxy on 2020 I just get her permanent resident visa application as a spouse get refused we decide to divorce and get remarry again in Tunisia is that could effect the new application as a family member and what should I put as a reason of divorce please help me .
