Provincial nominee changing employer on employer-specific work permit

Hello everyone,
Could anyone please help me to sort out the steps that should be taken in order to change employer before my work permit expires. I have employer-specific work permit. I got this job without LMIA based on Provincial Nominee application. I have to change employer, however I am not sure if I can do so without LMIA. My NOC is not LMIA exempt. I have already applied for PR, but did not receive AOR yet.
