Province Selection

So the question is as follows:
- I have created an Express Entry Profile in the Federal Express Entry Pool
- I also have another profile on Prince Edward Island province

Now, I am also considering the province of Alberta, but apparently there is no option to make a separate profile on their website. Instead you have to state an interest in immigrating permanently to Alberta in your main Express Entry Profile.

So, will it have any effect/consequence if I have selected Alberta in my Express Entry Profile and have a separate profile for PEI?
