Provide my sin number and consent IRCC for my travel record for on line PR renewal application

I am filling out my PR renewal application online but I couldn't find where to provide my SIN number on the online application or where to consent for IRCC to request my travel history from the Canadian border. Is there such a thing and am I missing it?

I don't think your travel history is tied to your SIN number.
It's likely tied to your passport instead. SIN would be to check your tax return and work history.
