None, it is up to the child or grandchild in Canada to prove they, the sponsor have sufficient resources to support their parents/grandparents while they visit.
Your minimum income requirement for Super Visa is based on the LICO guidelines and will depend on the number of family members that you will be supporting here in Canada (including your visitors)

1. LICO is the family income - Notice of assessment is the best proof but if that is falling short and your income has increased recently you can attach your current pay stub or any other proof that you may have.
2. The insurance premium has many variables including the age of the visitors, deductible options and coverage of pre-existing condition and type of coverage etc.
