Hello, I am a doctor from India. Planning to apply for Express Entry. I am currently pursuing my residency in the department of surgery and am being paid stipend. I have got my ECA for the degree of MBBS and havenot mentioned anything about my ongoing residency in surgery. My father is a doctor and have private hospital. Can i apply as an employer in my fathers hospital as a part time employer. Do they ask anything other than reference letter? I am not being paid anything as my account doesnot reflect any transaction.

I am afraid you cannot as they will get to know that you are working under your father

One of the main bullet points regarding work experience is that it is paid. Volunteering or any kind of unpaid work doesn't count.
