Dear experts and members

-I have 3 years of work experience , from 2015 to 2018 in that period I was both studying ( master's degree) and working .Is it ok if I claim this work experience.
- I can't show many documents about this experience,Since i was neither declared nor insured by my old employer . He is giving me a reference letter which includes all the required details + his business card, and I will add about 12 payslips (the first 3 months and the last 3 mothns , and 6 from 2016 and 2017) . Will these documents be sufficient , also shall explain in a LOE that I was not declared and insured by the employer because I was a student and that I was paid in cash .
Thanks much

I work 30 hours per week . Can the fact that I was neither declared nor insured by my employer be an issue . As I can't provide any insurance documents ( certificate of affilation )

No need for payslips at all if salary mentioned in the reference letter.
Ircc doesnt care whether you were insured or not just that you worked
