I'm trying to apply to the EE but I'm having a hard time trying to determine what to present as a proof of work experience as a science teacher. In my country teachers usually work for the Province government. We work a couple of hours in each school, it's not all the hours in one school, and each school manages those hours. Those ours also vary all the time. I worked in 3 different schools right before quitting, two high schools and one college. I can get a certificate from each school saying how many hours per week I worked there, position name and for how long I worked. I did have more than 30 hours per week most of the time, but since it changes so much all the time (for most teachers) that is one of the reasons they can't put how much I made per year. I have copy of some of my pay statements, with the school name as well as the Ministry of Education header . Now, I don't think I can make them do these letters I've seen online that have all the details. Besides, I'm in the US and I won't be back home at the time of the application.
I want to apply as a teacher because I have 4 years of experience. I have 2 years of part time experience in the US (20 h per week so I'm sure it's equivalent to 1 year full time) in tech support, and for that one I can get all the info much more easily, but it won't give me the points I need.
Just so you have an idea, this is what the certificate looks like:

(on top would be the Ministry of education header)
I certify that.... has worked at the institute...... number.......... which depends to the Ministry of Education, in the positions and periods that are detailed below:
School number, type, category, function (this is the name of the class I taught), classification (doesn't matter), since, until.
Below it gives the concept (how well I did) and the leave of absences I took while working for them.

It would be one for each school, so in total they would be 4 or 5.

What are my chances of getting rejected if I present the certificates and some pay statements? Is there something else I can send?

Thank you in advance
