I'm in Canada as a temporary resident through a Mexican ETA. Last week, my AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) was approved for permanent residency via spousal sponsorship. However, a day before the approval, Canada cancelled all ETAs for Mexicans without study or work permits. What should I provide as proof of temporal residency? My ETA was cancelled, but I have an email stating that I can stay until my permit expires. Any recommendations on how to proceed in this situation?
