kindly clarify me on the subject matter. While submitting FSW application to CIO, is it mandatory to attach the proof of settlement funds?
If you have not done so, what else is the option out? will they reject your application if proof of funds is not attached along.Whether they will come back to u later for this document ?
If anyone has come across this situation kindly clarify ,
will it lead to disqualification if submitted proof of funds along with application and subsequently when asked by CIC for proof I fail to submit a bank statement for the period starting from original date of submission of application. Or a bank statement from the fresh date will be sufficient ?

Yes - it could potentially result in refusal if you're unable to prove you've held the funds in your account for a number of months. If you can't show historical statements, CIC may think you borrowed the money and it's not really yours. So it's best to leave the funds in your account while the application is being processed.
