Hello everyone,
I have B2C businesses in UAE and I want to claim self-employment experience as General manager NOC 0013 from those. I have gathered documents such as Trade license, notarized LLC contract, Tenancy Contract, VAT Registration certificate, Bank statements for my personal account and Invoices sent to clients.
My questions are:
1. Are the above documents enough to proof my self-employed experience? or something is missing?
2. How many invoices are enough?
3. I have been depositing money in bulk, so what are they gonna look for in it?
4. I couldn't get reference letters from clients because they are all casual customers and not frequent, is it fine or I have to get it?
5. Since I'm a GM, the customers have never met me, so even if I could get reference letters from them wouldn't it sound fake? because someone in my position never deals with them?
6. Which document proves my experience period? i.e. 1 year or 2 year ...
Thank you for your time & any feedback is appreciated.

you have to explain all of this in an LOE. you are a GM but you cant get an HR to sign a resposibilities letter?. the case analyst will most likely mark your eligibility as review required and its upto the immigration officer's discretion.

So It's a 2000$ bet for my case!
The main issue is even if I get a reference letter from my clients it won't make sense as they have never dealt with me, like what client deals directly with a GM!
Thank you very much for your reply, really appreciated!
Already read that.
I'm missing client contracts and reference letters because my business nature is to end consumers so they are mostly one time visitors, although I'm in the office they should never reach to me as the sales team deals with them.

Okay, If I may ask you, what does your business do? I understand there is a consumer end, but what about the other side... do you buy some raw material/goods etc from your suppliers to fulfill these customer orders as well?

I have a data entry related company, so individual customers come to our office to renew their id applications, visa applications ... etc. We only buy papers.
I have a tailor shop, but I don't work there, and we do buy raw materials like fabric and other tailoring related materials.
In both businesses I never deal with our suppliers, any tip is appreciated?

Ahaaa so you have a typing center business I should have got my EmiratesID typed through your typing center
Ok, so for the other business i.e. tailoring one, this supplier end, you would be dealing with them in certain capacity as a GM of your firm... maybe have them provide you references...

I remember Dept of Economic Developement issued trade licenses had issue dates, maybe you can use that along with other document such as document encorpration of your business
