I figured I’ll ask because I‘m a bit confused.
If someone already submitted the PR card renewal application online with the proof of residency document, your input will be much appreciated.
I’ve had a couple of phone conversations with IRCC and I received different answers from different people. I asked if bank statements for example, need to be for the whole 5 years or just a few random ones, these are the answers I received:
1. yes, all of them from the past 5 years,
2. no, just a few random ones from the last 5 years,
3. only covering 730 days, because that‘s what I need to prove,
3 different answers from the same source.
What did you submit and did it work?
