Proof of Professional Status or Licensure

I was applying for the PNP for Saskatchewan. My NOC code is 2173. What would be the answer to the below question ? Who needs the proof for professional status?

Do you have proof of Professional Status or Licensure, if required for your occupation?*

I am a post graduate with a relevant experience in my field. Can someone please enlighten me.

But on the website I see that it is required for 2173 code also. Even in so many threads I have seen that for 2173 It is required. Could you please provide more clarity on that?

I may be mistaken. Usually software engineering is not regulated/licenced the same way other forms of engineering are, but perhaps it's required in Saskatchewan.

My NOC is 1241.i have the same question.what i need to answer for this question yes or no or n/a ?
