hi. i changed my surname after marriage. what shud i giv as proof of name change. i have a marriage certificate showing my maiden name and passport showing new surname. will tht suffice? i do not have my official birth certificate nor any old passport with my maiden name. do i need to giv an affidavit? if yes then what should be the contents of it?
