Hi, I have been approved to sponser my husband for his PR visa. We have just been contacted by immigration and they are requesting more evidence of us moving to CAnada. We are currently in Ireland and since we dont have a specified date for when he will get thr letter , what sore of paper evidence can I submit? All we know is that we are moving to Ontario so he has not applied for jobs yet or have we looked for a house. The application process has been much quicker than we expected so we are a bit scattered. Any information would be appreciated.
Have you done any kind of research to figure out where to live? Done any job hunting? Contacted family members/friends about your intended move? Talked to schools about your children enrolling? (if you have any). Spoken/emailed with realtors about property to rent/buy when you get here?
Your VO understands that you can't give them a definitive date of return because it is based on his approval. What they are looking for is proof that YOU the sponsor will in fact return to Canada if he is given his PR visa. Focus on what you might like to see from someone to prove a point and you can go from there.
