I have a question regarding proof of income.
I am a sales and marketing manager I do get commission but it doesn't appear on my payslip because it is available after my salary has been recorded cause the amount varies.l.. I get commission in cash and it ranges from $500- $2000 monthly and then I deposit it into my bank account..... how do I explain it to the visa officer
Does your employment letter state that you will be paid commission?
Does your employment letter state that this commission will be paid as cash?
You must submit the same documents that you give your accounts team for calculating this commission i.e. orders closed/order value + proofs of commission cash payments received by you, etc
Submit a letter issued by your employer with full details for each of the commission paid as cash to you over the recent 6-8 months.... and highlight these amounts in your bank statement.
Also, you do pay tax on these cash commission, right?
You may also want to submit an explanation + provide the contact details of your manager and the accounts team.... in case the visa officer would like to confirm these transactions
Thank you... I can provide all this
