Still wait for PR and BoWP and going to try continue working on implied status. My employer is now asking if I am able to provide a conference call with them and a government worker so they can verbally confirm the implied status.
Has anyone ever done this? Is it possible and if so do you know best contact number?

I called into the immigration office and got a CIC agent who was actually super helpful for once. I was able to conference call a member of HR in for this and they confirmed I was able to continue to work on implied status.
