My husband transfered some money to my account as part of proof of funds for our Canada visa, he is also travelling with me, pls does he also have to show his account bank details or an gift deed is enough document . We don't want to show his bank statement because after the money he sent to me he doesn't have much left in his acct.
Pls advice if a gift deed and loe would be good enough

You don’t need to show his account but you have to say where all the money came from. How much are you showing in funds? His permit is not guaranteed even if your is approved.
What I saw in ircc website
My first year school fees which is 19k
For my family we would need 21k
So total should be 40,000 cad but I have about 50,000 cad, 35 k from my that has been in my acct for a while then 15k cad from my husband to me. We wrote a loe explaining the funds.

For a family of 4, minimum funds are $38k not including tuition. So you need to show $57k. If a two year program add another $19k. IRCC has new rules as of Jan 1.
My course is a two year , but I wrote an explanation letter how I plan to pay subsequent school fees, my business account has some money in which i transfered some to my personal acct as POF, I still have some money in my business acct which I showed as a running business. I also have landed properties I showed which I can liqiudate if I need funds which I submitted as proof.
