No you don't. Upload a brief paragraph indicating that since you are CEC you do not need to provide this.

Or you can submit POF, regardless this has no bearing on your application.

You do not need to provide proof of funds for CEC Express Entry. I received PR via the same process last year and didn't have to. I did, however, read someone on here say you did need POF at that time and spent a weekend stressed thinking I would though, hence the reason I am on here now to answer correctly so you don't have to have the same stressful experience. No POF needed.

Could u please clear my doubt? we had mentioned around $ 19000 while creating express entry profile under CEC category. Now we have received the ITA. Can we change this figure to $0 now in the PR application? Any suggestion how should we deal it now ?
