IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE THE PRROF OF FUDN DETIALS ON NAME OF PRINCIPAL APPLICANT OR CAN IT BE ON THE NAME OF ACCOMPANYING SPOUSE AS WELL ?
AND WHAT EXACTLY DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT TO SHOW MY FUNDS ?
PLZ RERSPOND.THANKS
The funds in the bank account can be in the name of the accompanying family member who is included in the application. It is better to show the amount in a fixed deposit at any of the bank.
Under your name or your spouse name will do. For me I submitted a 6 months detailed bank statement of my savings fwith stamped by your designated bank.. Good luck.
OK GREAT THANKS
BUT MAY I PLZ ASK...IF ANYONE HAS GONE THROUGH THIS EXPERIENCE IE OF HAVING LODGED A SUCESSFUL APPLICATION BY HAVING SHOWNN FUNDS IN THE ACCOMPANYING SPOUSE NAME
JUST WANT TO BE VERY PARTICULAR.
REGARDS

Yes Dr.Anam,
I have done that....most of the savings is in my husband's name...and i m the primary applicant....
so dont worry....as long as there is no one else's name in the a/c who is not a part of the application, u should b fine
Thanks,
Shareen

I showed all the funds of my spouse only, I was the main applicant. No questions asked on it and I am in Canada.
