Hi All,

If a PR applicant has a job offer (not a valid job offer as described by IRCC), which states that it's a permanent job and the salary is more than $100K, applicant is in Canada and is selected under the FSW program, do they still need to show Proof of funds in the EE application.

Yes.
If it's not as per description, it doesn't count; neither towards CRS score not POF.
