I am currently working full time in Toronto on my IEC Visa. Very good salary for over a year. I received my ITA and I have to supply proof of Funds. I read somewhere before that if you have full time employment you don't have to have the funds. Is this true? It asks to supply proof of the 14,000 which I don't have. Also it asks for proof of loans and credit cards. I have a nearly maxed out line of credit and a well managed credit card. Will this effect my application?
Just found the info I require. No proof of funds required as I got my ITA from Canadian Experience Class and I have a job offer.

Note: You do not have to meet the funds requirement if you were invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class.
The system currently asks all applicants to provide a proof of funds document. If you don’t need to provide proof of funds, you must upload a letter explaining either that you have been invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class, or that you have a valid job offer.
