Hi all!
I would like to apply for student visa in Canada. I have an aunt there who will sponsor my tuition, allowance, lodging, food, basically all my expenses. As far as I know, I only need her sponsorship letter and her financial papers.
Do I still need to deposit $10,000 CAD in Scotia Bank? Please answer me. I will greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

you only need to deposit CAD$10,000 ($10,200 to be exact) if you will apply under SDS. if under regular stream, no it is not required.
