Hi Guys,
I have been selected for PNP under Federal skilled workers trade program. I am working in my NOC with a good job in Canada right now. I have a vehicle and rented apartment.
I have to provide proof of funds around 16k.
I was wondering if you could tell me, if I can reflect that amount under 2 different bank account and one investment rrsp account?
Can I use my vehicle as funds i have in Canada?
Yes - you can use two different accounts. However your RRSP account cannot be used since these funds are locked in a retirement plan and not immediately accessible. The funds must be readily available. Your vehicle cannot be used either.
Someone informed me that my category is Federal Skilled Workers and I am working under my NOC 2133 and does not require funds.
What is the criteria for that? How would I know that I have a valid job offer?

Do you have LMIA?
No. I don't think so. I graduated from New Brunswick with a post-graduate degree. Then started working again under NOC 2133. No idea about LMIA.

Then if you apply before completing a year of full-time skilled work experience (to be eligible under the CEC program) you will have to provide proof of funds.
You do not have a valid job offer.
