I am planning to apply for PR through Express Entry.
I have few questions regarding Proof of funds
1. How much?
2. How Long should it be in my account?
3. I have a job right now. Should i still show Proof of funds?
4. When can i withdraw from my account?
5. Anything else to know regarding proof of funds?

As indicated in the initial response, whether you will be required to show proof of funds depends on the category you are applying under: You do not have to meet the funds requirement if you are applying under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
If you are applying under the Federal Skilled Worker Program or Federal Skilled Trades Program, you will need to show that you meet the settlement funds requirement unless you:
are currently authorized to work in Canada, and
have a valid job offer from an employer in Canada.
Please note: Even if you are currently working in Canada and have a job offer from your employer, CIC will only consider it as a valid job offer if it meets their criteria. For information on what is considered a valid job offer please see the following link:

If you do need to meet the proof of funds requirement, you will need to meet the requirement at the time the application is made as well as when the permanent resident visa is issued.
