I am planning to land in Canada in Jan 2016

Please guide me which one is better option to carry my funds to Canada
1. Traveller cheques
2. Demand Draft

Both can be used. However the problem with the demand draft it will take up too 30 days to clear. If you are planning to use funds you bring, then Traveller cheques are better.
