Hello Guys,
I am sending my full application to London office.
Do I have to send bank statements as proof of funds now?
Please advise,
Thanks,
Chouhans
yes, you have to send it with full documents.
We are a married couple, how much I have to show?
Do we need to send a bank statement of a few days like 30 days or something or we can simply show a balance certificate showing the closing balance of that perticular day?
Good question.... Some one please respond...

Dear,
Please follow the link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp for latest fund requirements. It is CAN$13,801 right now.
Jeby
Thanks.
What forms of fund do we need to show. the certificate of balance or bank statements?
Does mortgaged properties also considered as it is associated with an asset?

Dear friend,
You can get a statement of balance as on the date of application for a period of 1-2 months.
But persons with arranged employment in Canada need not to show the proof of funds.

If you have sufficient funds in bank, it is ok. I remember, I submitted the value of my land property too, as part of the fund. If you have a consultant, seek their advise too. But this is only at the time of applying, later at the time of immigration you have to show funds in the form of either cash or securities in bearer form.
