Proof of funds under SDS?

I have no old funds for tution fee.I can pay it by selling property.If I show GIC.But no proof of funds of tution fee.Then will I get visa or not? Pls Reply.

SDS category
Property worth 45 lakhs
No old bank statements
No ITRs
Any chances of Visa?

So you mean you'll only show GIC and the property as your funds?? You'll get rejected this way. You need to show liquid funds to support your study and stay in Canada.

But Everyone says under SDS there is no need to show proof of funds.If I pay tution fee from fresh funds by selling property and also pay for GIC. Then still I am going to get rejection?

Why sell the property? You may get a bank loan. Any tiny scholarship may count towards margin.

For SDS, you need GIC and proof of payment of fees for the first year of studies.

Okay. I thought you're planning to show the property in your available funds. If you're paying your tuition fee upfront as an SDS applicant then you're good to go.
