Hi Guys
I am planning to use my Axis bank Savings A/c and Savings - portfolio account for the proof of funds. My wife is the joint holder. I was planning to use my FD but a immigration lawyers has advised that I can't use a FD which has my name and my sisters name even if I submit a NOC it will not be accepted. Now I am planning to show this banks statement for the POF.
My question here is there are large amount of deposits as I use the portfolio account to buy/sell shares. The current balance is Rs.2 million. Is it fine to use this account. Also what exactly should I request the bank to provide me with. Will I need to provide proof of the share sale amount along with the bank statement to prove that these funds where earned through this source. Please do advise.
