hi all,

Question about proof of funds, is it possible to demonstrate proof of funds through refinancing my home loan?

My home loan total is say $500,000. I have paid off $200,000. Can I refinance my mortgage and basically re draw from my home loan (only the amount needed for my application) to demonstrate proof of funds and have the money for my application.
