Proof of funds question

Hi,

I am already PR holder and residing in Canada. My wife is applying for PR under express entry as skilled immigrant.

Can I also show my funds as proof for her? She also has required amount in her bank account, but I transferred 4 lacs in the last week to her account? Please suggest what is the best way?

I don't think you can show your funds as a proof for her, even though you guys are married she is applying as an independent applicant. I mean she will get extra points since you already have a PR and living in Canada but I don't think you can show your funds for her. Also it's ok that you transferred some money to her, just write a Letter of explanation mentioning this and upload in the supporting documents section.

Nope. It has to be her money. according to CIC the money can not be borrowed from someone else.
