Hi, I am hoping to receive ITA anytime during following month.

I have been maintaining my account in the range of $8k to $10k for past couple of months and i have a semi-annual salary agreement with my company so i just received a large sum of 6k CAD in my bank account.

I am just wondering whether it will be a problem as CIC requests 6 months average. I have available with it my payslip and tax return which i can provide with the POF document.

If you can prove where it came from, there is no problem. The payslip and tax form should be sufficient.
