proof of funds...joint property of husband and brother in law......please advise

Hi.

I am arranging proof of funds.
We have a joint property/ house in the name of husband and brother in law.

Can I show this as part of proof of funds.

Please guide as I am running short of funds.

to which visa office did u apply as as far as I know only london office accepts property as proof of funds.whereas abt joint one i m not sure, may be any one else could give u info abt it.

I think newcomer is right, I'm selling my house now, CIC need to see money in hand before let you in

CIC will consider only Fixed Deposit / bank savings / Cash / Drafts, not Fixed Assest like Property business investments etc..

is the CHC needs a bank statement that shows the total amount?

Also another question is the bank statement for one month showing the required Balance or more that one month?
