Long story short: The country i'm from has a huge financial crisis and the banking sector is not trusted at all.
Most of us have been withdrawing our funds gradually (Very tight limits on withdrawals) and storing it as liquid cash.
As i understand, POF Has to be a 6 month bank statement, however, Is it possible to overcome this by opening a Canadian bank account and transferring all my funds there? They would not be 6 months old but they would at least be in a Canadian bank.
Other than that i can deposit all my funds again in the bank just for the proof of funds, and the transactions on my account will show that amounts were withdrawn over a long time then re-deposited, with some LOE explaining the situation..
