PF is the Provident Fund, which i can withdraw after i resign from current job
superannuation fund, i need to verify if i can withdraw all or portion of it after i resign from current job.
Yes and Yes, answers to the PF question are around on the forum, please use the search option.
As long as you have access to the fund and wont have to wait for it (for eg. PPF) then you can use them as proof.
If your are able to access part of the super-annuation fund then please get supporting documents to prove how much of the total is available to you.
Hi Dan,
Yes, you are right part ways. If the applicant is a permanent resident, citizen of australia or new zealand, they will have access after they retire. But this doesn't apply to temporary resident. They will have access to 65% of superannuation fund within 28 days after application being fully submitted. They deduct 35%, which i really don't understand why. These funds are already taxed. Stupid. Anyways,
I have the same question as Sarakindia. Can we use super as pof? I have emailed to immigration, waiting for their reply. Thanks!
