Proof of Funds - Gift Deed

I would like to know about gift deed as Proof of funds.
My maternal uncle is in Australia and is willing to give me money as gift deed. Would anyone please tell me what documents are required from his side and how he can send money to my account, if anyone has any detailed information regarding this, please help me.

I think by sea....

Of course, he will have to wire transfer you the money. And you can get gift deed from him about that money.

What if he transfer money to my mom's or dad's account and then one of them will give me gift deed ? Does IRCC demands proof of mom's balance certificate or bank statements ?

I'll suggest that he transfers to one of your parents and they gift you the money.
No IRCC doesn't require it.
