Hello- quick question,

I will be applying to express entry skilled worker programme. I have BC PNP and a skilled job and I am currently working in Canada. (have been working for under a year so can't apply to CEC)
I have a small loan debt in my home country.
Do I need proof of funds, and will my debt affect my application?
