Hi All, does a PNP nominee need to show proof of funds when they are applying for EE?

Express Entry isn't paper-based.

Hi folks!
I am an outland applicant.
I sent my paper-based PR application without proof of funds statement as it isn't stated in the checklist.
Now I got a work permit and will relocate to Canada asap. It's probably my application will be processed when I will be in Canada as well as my aor will be received.
Do the ircc may ask to provide proof of funds during the processing in this case?
