I’ve got ITA from NB and now I’m gathering the required documents for an application.
And I don’t exactly understand what is required from me regarding my funds.
I have a certain amount of money (20k CAD) on my bank account (and they’ve been there for a couple of years) and I also have a big personal loan (about the same sum). Also, I have an apartment that costs I think maybe 40k CAD, and I can sell it if needed.
Will it be enough if I just include all these in my application and show that I have ~ 40k CAD net worth (20 on account - 20 loan + 40 apartment price) and 20k liquid money that I can spend?
Or I must have more liquid money than required funds + my loans in order to apply? (and in this case I think I have to sell an apartment)
