Hi everyone!
I am applying under CEC class, as far I know according to CIC website, for applicants under CEC it is not required to submit proof of funds instead we can mention in the letter that “ I am applying under CEC”.
So please let me know if any one who are in the same situation applied for PR and got PR. OR who are aware of this problem.
Or is it safe to provide them with bank statement ?

Thanks for the reply, Can you also please suggest to me What I have to do, here is my situation I need to travel to India for 2-3 months or more, as my mother in a critical ill situation, I also have a letter from the doctor explaining the urgency of my presence. Do I need to mention this in my PR application, is there will be any speed up in the process(so that I can cross the border as a PR holder), I have a work permit until Oct 2021. Thanks in advance

You are free to travel, this will have no impact in your application.
Specially if you are travelling early on the application process there is nothing you should be worrying about as the likelihood of being granted PR while abroad will be extremely low. By the time that happens, if you're staying for a couple months only, you will had come back long ago.
Also note that sending IRCC a letter regarding your mom's health status will have no impact on how quickly your application is processed. So don't waste your time and do not hope for this.
