For proof of funds for Express Entry. Do you need the proof of funds at the time you create your Express Entry profile or further down the process? My partner and I are looking to apply for Express Entry but will be selling things by the time we want to leave so we will have the proof of funds by the time we wish to enter Canada if Express Entry is successful.

You need to have the full proof of funds amount once you are selected and submit your complete application. Waiting until you are ready to move to Canada is too late. You won't be approved.
