Hello everyone,

As I'm in the process initiating the Canada PR process, as a beginning step, I've asked my dad to "Gift" me $13,000 CAD. Dad says he'll take a loan from bank & give it to me as a Gift. Is it acceptable?

My brother is willing to send $10,000 USD to my dad for his personal purpose, Can my dad gift me that money? Is it acceptable?
