Proof of Funds - Country Accounts Query -

Can we show proof of funds in another country bank account which we have access too?

The question partial funds are in my own bank account out side my country of residence and partial funds are in bank account of my country of residence. Both accounts are in my name and i have access to them and the cumulative of both account is equal to the required funds.
