I applied in 2004 in Dec 2010 received documents request in August 2011 received IELTS test result request although I had already sent my IELTS result at time of applying in 2004 sent new IELTS result to London Office on October 8 2011. Now waiting Is there any body who could tell me what may be the next step.
And Also please tell me how long do i have to keep funds in my account as I am in need of those funds. Please reply to my question.

you can use those fund now .. as they already requested required documents.
btw how come a 2004 applicant still in process..is it a joke.... :-[

Your next step would be "IN PROCESS" but it is difficult to predict the timeline for a 2004 case.
You can use the funds but be assured that CIC/VO might ask for a POF at anytime of the processing ...generally at the time of Med request. And definitely you should have these funds at the time of LANDING.

Actually I have applied as a single in 2004, than added my wife and one daughter in my application in 2010 and now I have to add my new born daughter too... my question is what is the status of my application. Have they calculated my points.... my two brothers and my parents have already got their immigration in 2011 in sponsorship category and living in Saskatoon now a days.
I am really fed up as I am the only one from family living in Pakistan.
Should I expect my medical request now....they have never investigate from my employer and never ask my bank about the funds. What is the current status of my application?
Now i have to add my newborn daughter, and the POF is CAD20654 for a family of four applicants. do i have to send the POF along with my newborn daughter's documents.
