Hello,

I want to apply for Canada PR under FSW category. I am confused about Proof of fund. Can I show mutual funds as Proof of fund? And My wife is also dependent and also accompany for canada. Can I show her money as proof of fund?

yes you can show your wife money as a proof of fund....but mutual funds......I don't know about it

FDs (not locked in) work but not mutual funds unless they are redeemed (mutual funds are not considered liquid).

If your mutal fund .. is not in locked in period then you can show it .. i have already .. shown it ..
LIC policy evaluation can also be considered ..

I hv mutual fund & they are not locked in. Can I also show property evaluation, but i have some amount of loan on that?

yes you can show your wife money as a proof of fund....but mutual funds......I don't know about it

Mutual fund wont works , u can show the fixed deposit

Mutual fund wont help you , property evaluation is must and you can show your wife bank statement and fds

Liquid funds is all you have to show. Ie-- Bank FD/CDs, Checking/Savings a/c 6 month statements, etc.

Hello friends I have MR friday. I m single i have 6.5 lakh in saving acc. Can i use this as POF. How can i present it as POF i.e. bank certificate in SBI letterpad. plz tell

You do not need to take POF for MR. Anyways, Bank statement and/or a letter from the bank showing your account balance would be good. Using both is the best.
