proof of fund inquiry for study permit

can my maternal uncle who is living in Canada can show sponsor for my msc program???if he shows then what will be the chances for study permit approval,i can show $12000-$14000 CAD but not more than that,he is my legal guardian as my father passed away long ago and my uncle has been providing all of my living, accommodation and tuition cost since then,but cic once rejected my application during my undergraduate study and that time he was the sponsor ,any suggestion on this anyone???

under the financial status : you have to prove to the VO that you or whosoever sponsoring u, have enough funds to cover your living and tution expenses.
