In case VO ask for POF again, you will have no money in the account and VO may feel that the money initially shown as POF was not yours.

ideally we should do like that. But if we know tentitive idea when our file would open, we can deposit during that period. After sending documents for first time we can withdraw and again keep after 2 and half months. And after getting file no. We can deposit during getting medical period and so on.....
