Proof of financial support to study in Canada

Hello,
My relative wants to send her younger kid to a high school in Vancouver, Canada. Her older kid is already in Canada studying in a college. The older kid applied under the Study Direct Stream so she didn't have to provide proof of financial support. She just wonders how much of financial support she has to prove to support her second kid. Below are her approx annual income in CAD dollars:
From self-employment: 21,000
From property rental: 55,000
Bank account: 80,000
Would it be sufficient?

Not sure why people insist on saying my relative or my friend. Your parents want you little brother to study in Canada. Would really depend on their savings. They need to show 25K for your brother and sister. I with both you and your sister already in Canada it will be difficult to convince IRCC that he intends to go home after studies. If he attends high school in Canada that adds more ties to Canada vs his home country. I would save your parents money and use it for your brother’s college/university.
